The business has a diverse project portfolio and an established presence in the Orlando area.

Job Description

* Support Project Managers from preconstruction through closeout

* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners

* Track schedules, budgets, procurement, and project progress

* Help maintain quality, safety, and contract requirements

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years of commercial construction experience preferred

* Experience with public-sector projects is highly desirable

* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

* Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes

* Organized communicator ready to develop toward Project Manager
