This general contractor has a growing portfolio and is excited to bring on a few additional people to the team including an Assistant Project Manager to assist with field work and office administration tasks as delegated by the Project Manager. They work mostly in the commercial space on ground up projects anywhere from $10M - $70M in size.Job DescriptionWalk the job site and check in with subcontractors (subs) under supervision of the Senior SuperCheck and manage the daily construction scheduleEnsure the site is clean and safe at the end of each dayParticipate in "Stretch Inflexions" (daily stretching exercises to prevent injuries and track worker health)Monitor all field work - look over trades and subsDevelop daily and weekly plans and procedures for the site with the Superintendent onsiteHelp create and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule to plan upcoming tasksCoordinate with the project management teamKeep daily logs and upload photos to ProcoreCommunicate necessary changes for change ordersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
