Job Description

    • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects
    • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
    • Track project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved
    • Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout activities
    • Help maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
    • Commercial interiors project experience is required
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, or similar construction software preferred
    • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and driven to build a long-term career in construction management
