The firm self‑performs select trades while construction‑managing the rest, giving project teams strong field exposure and operational depth. Most work is based in Central and Southwestern Connecticut, and the company is known for stability, repeat clients, and investing in its people.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing ground‑up and large‑scale renovation projects ($2M-$50M+)
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and reports
  • Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Utilize Procore to manage project workflows and communication
  • Assist with issue resolution and maintain strong client communication

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Exposure to ground‑up construction strongly preferred
  • Experience with large renovations
  • Background in commercial, higher education, healthcare, public, or transit projects
  • Procore experience required
  • General knowledge of building and construction codes (CT experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • DOT project experience
