Job Description

  • Assist in managing ground‑up and large‑scale renovation projects ($2M-$50M+)
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and reports
  • Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Utilize Procore to manage project workflows and communication
  • Assist with issue resolution and maintain strong client communication

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Exposure to ground‑up construction strongly preferred
  • Experience with large renovations
  • Background in commercial, higher education, healthcare, public, or transit projects
  • Procore experience required
  • General knowledge of building and construction codes (CT experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • DOT project experience
