This role offers full lifecycle project management responsibilities from project handoff through closeout while working with a highly respected general contractor.

Job Description

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $15M simultaneously.
  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle from estimating handoff to final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts.
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to track project performance and maintain communication.
  • Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
