Our client is hiring for a role in the building and construction industry based in Greenwich.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
