Job Description

The MEP Project Manager will report into senior project leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project delivery from planning through commissioning
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate stakeholders across operations, design, field, and client teams
  • Oversee installation and integration of critical building systems, including cooling, power, and distribution infrastructure
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Support project closeout activities and drive successful client outcomes

The Successful Applicant

For the MEP Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project expertise
  • Experience within data centers, mission-critical facilities, large-scale commercial construction, or major infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of systems such as chillers, power distribution equipment, cooling infrastructure, or related building services
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project stakeholders
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technically complex project environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
