Employees benefit from a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where contributions are highly visible, career progression can happen quickly, and individuals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's future success.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - Design-Build Contractor - MD will be responsible for:Assisting Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Supporting budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Working closely with design teams, owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are achieved.Monitoring project progress, tracking costs, and helping identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.Coordinating meetings, maintaining project records, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with company safety standards, contract requirements, and quality control initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.Assisting with project buyout, vendor and subcontractor negotiations, and closeout activities including punch list completion and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
