We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale, fast-paced commercial and government construction projects in the DC market. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex, secure environments while working alongside a highly experienced and collaborative team.

Job Description

  • Support or lead project management efforts on large-scale commercial and government construction projects
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project timelines
  • Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Contribute to fast-paced project environments with multiple moving parts
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to deliver successful outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects in fast-paced environments
  • Federal project experience is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with large-scale or complex projects preferred
