Team members who consistently deliver results are given opportunities to lead meaningful projects and receive compensation that reflects their contributions and impact.Job DescriptionAssist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, supporting schedule, budget, and overall project execution.Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.Support procurement and buyout activities, including bid solicitation, subcontract administration, and material tracking.Share field management responsibilities with Project Managers in lieu of dedicated Superintendents.Participate in day-to-day onsite coordination of subcontractors, work sequencing, and project logistics.Perform regular site walks to monitor progress, verify quality, and identify potential schedule or constructability issues.Assist with maintaining project schedules, look-ahead planning, and resolution of field conflicts.Reinforce company safety standards and support project closeout activities including punch list completion and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
