With a strong project pipeline, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development, they offer exceptional long-term career growth and stability.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:Assisting Project Managers and Project Executives with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.Supporting large-scale government, federal, and secure facility projects from preconstruction through closeout.Managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project tracking systems.Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.Participating in project meetings and contributing to problem-solving and project delivery efforts.Assisting with scheduling activities and project reporting using industry-standard software.Supporting quality control, safety initiatives, and compliance requirements on active projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
