Their Lakewood-based New Jersey division focuses on luxury ground-up single-family homes with project budgets ranging from $5M to $20M.Job DescriptionReview plans, specifications, and project documents to develop bid packages and issue RFPs.Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids, assist with project buyouts, and coordinate material procurement.Maintain project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, and cost tracking.Coordinate permitting, insurance, client approvals, and material selections.Maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, project files, and documentation.Partner with field teams to ensure effective communication and project reporting through Procore.Support invoicing, AIA billing requisitions, and project financial tracking.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
