Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare will:

  • Support Project Managers on occupied healthcare, life science, and institutional construction projects.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes.
  • Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting within Procore.
  • Participate in client meetings and overall project communication.
  • Help deliver projects valued from $10M to $300M+.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

  • 2-5+ years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer position.
  • Experience with healthcare, hospital, life science, laboratory, pharma, public facility, or occupied projects preferred.
  • Exposure to projects valued at $10M+ is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Procore experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to commute throughout the Greater Boston region.
