Job Description

  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing healthcare construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress and resolve any on-site issues.
