With a steady pipeline of work and expansion across Tennessee, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial contractor.Job DescriptionProject Coordination & ExecutionAssist Project Managers with planning and execution from preconstruction through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Track project milestones and ensure alignment with schedules.Financial & Document ManagementAssist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.Manage subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Support billing processes, including pay applications and invoicing.Field CollaborationWork closely with Superintendents to support jobsite operations.Help ensure alignment between field execution and project plans.Visit job sites as needed to support coordination and issue resolution.Client & Communication SupportParticipate in project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders.Help support client relationships through consistent follow-up and reporting.Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
