Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs
  • Assist with estimating by bidding out assigned trades, collecting subcontractor pricing, scoping bids, and preparing trade packages
  • Draft, negotiate, and track change orders and pricing proposals
  • Lead OAC meetings as assigned and coordinate communication between owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Use Procore daily to manage project documentation, workflows, and reporting
  • Step in to independently run a project or major scope when the PM is overseeing multiple jobs
  • Support project close‑out activities including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

Requirements to Apply

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management (interiors preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting or running projects from estimating through completion
  • Strong working knowledge of Procore (required)
  • Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control
  • Exposure to estimating and subcontractor bidding
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and confidently support multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in‑office full time
