They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics projects while providing employees with clear opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects.Support the management of projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Participate in client meetings, site walks, and progress updates.Monitor project documentation and ensure timely communication across project teams.Assist with procurement activities and subcontract administration.Support project reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting efforts.Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Gain exposure to both industrial fit-out projects and ground-up industrial developments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
