With an active portfolio of large-scale projects and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, the business continues to expand across high-growth markets, offering employees long-term stability and exposure to complex, technically challenging developments.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will report to the Project Manager and support the successful delivery of industrial and cold storage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers exposure to major design-build projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals in a fast-growing niche market.Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination activities.Support subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change order management.Track project costs, forecasts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Coordinate with field teams, design partners, clients, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders.Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Support project closeout activities and documentation management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
