Job Description

  • Assist in managing K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Support the procurement process for materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
