Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of K-12 construction projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support the project manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and addressing changes in scope or schedule.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
