Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects for lab and life science facilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
  • Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
  • Support the resolution of any project-related issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
