Assistant Project Manager - Life Science / Lab - Arlington, MA

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Support subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration
• Track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong communication channels
• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Visit active job sites across the Greater Boston area regularly
