Job Description

  • Assist in the management of large-scale ground-up construction projects
  • Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor schedules and help drive project milestones
  • Participate in project meetings and client communications
  • Ensure project activities align with quality and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of construction experience
  • Experience with industrial, tilt-wall, design-build, or cold storage projects is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Desire to take on increasing responsibility and advance into Project Management
