Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with the execution of high-end residential construction projects.
  • Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and project tracking activities.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Help manage day-to-day project operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within expectations.
  • Participate in field visits and gain hands-on exposure to custom home construction.
  • Learn company processes and best practices with the goal of advancing into a Project Manager position.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of residential construction experience.
  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar role within residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Comfortable handling project documentation, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and general construction software knowledge.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Falmouth, MA area.
