Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
  • Assist with procurement and material tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Support project closeout activities and warranty documentation.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Experience supporting ground-up multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach.
  • Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
