Their project portfolio includes affordable housing, market-rate apartments, senior living communities, student housing, build-to-rent developments, and renovation projects. The company has built a strong reputation for partnering with developers and owners to successfully deliver large-scale housing projects across multiple states.

Job Description

  • Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
  • Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in construction project coordination or management
  • Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
