Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager with the successful delivery of ground-up wrap-style multifamily developments
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are achieved
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  • Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, and project closeout activities
  • Support field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project success

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager capacity
  • Experience working on ground-up wrap-style multifamily projects is required
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and project documentation
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
