Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers across an average of 5-8 active projects at a time
  • Split time between:
    • 80% - Office work (documentation, coordination, scheduling, follow-ups)
    • 20% - Field visits (job site coordination, progress checks, team communication)
  • Work on projects across:
    • 50% North Jersey
    • 50% New York City
  • Assist with project documentation, tracking, and coordination
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure timelines and responsibilities are being executed efficiently
  • Maintain strong follow-up to keep projects moving forward

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor
  • Background as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role preferred
  • Procore experience is a major plus
  • No estimating/preconstruction experience required
