Job Description

Reporting to a Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

  • Support project planning and execution activities
  • Assist with contracts, change orders, and procurement
  • Coordinate project documentation and reporting
  • Track project costs and budgets
  • Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Support project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Assist with project closeout procedures

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management required
  • Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Experience with retail, office, restaurant, healthcare, or adaptive reuse projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive and collaborative approach
