Job Description

* Assist Project Managers with project execution from preconstruction through closeout

* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and field teams

* Support project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting activities

* Help maintain quality, safety, and client service standards throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 1-4 years of construction experience with a general contractor preferred

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

* Exposure to public, commercial, or municipal construction projects is beneficial

* Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities

* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
