Job Description

  • Support Project Managers on active residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and overall project execution
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they impact schedules
  • Assist with procurement and material tracking as needed
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits
  • Develop a strong understanding of project management processes with the goal of growing into a Project Manager role

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 1-2 years of residential construction experience required
  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar residential construction role
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term career in project management
  • Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential projects, renovations, or ground-up residential construction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and general construction technology proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with office and field teams
  • Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of the Falmouth, MA office
