Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking project costs to maintain financial controls.
  • Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
