Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager - Syracuse role:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Support procurement processes, including reviewing contracts and negotiating terms with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
