Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will report into the Project Manager and Quality Leadership team, playing a key role in ensuring quality standards across mission critical construction projects.

  • Manage and enforce project-specific quality control plans and procedures
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with field and MEP teams to resolve quality issues proactively
  • Support submittals, RFIs, and project documentation with a quality-first mindset
  • Track and report quality metrics, deficiencies, and corrective actions
  • Assist with commissioning readiness and turnover for critical systems
  • Maintain strong communication with subcontractors and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 3-5+ years of commercial construction experience with QA/QC exposure
  • Experience working for a general contractor (required)
  • Mission critical, data center, or complex industrial experience required
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management tools
  • Experience with inspections, testing, and documentation processes
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel across Texas or relocate as required
