Job Description

In this role Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager, you will:

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project documents
  • Support change orders, reporting, and meeting preparation
  • Help ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Track progress and assist with issue resolution

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in construction or project support
  • Education or hands‑on experience in Building and Construction
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred)
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Desire to advance into a Project Manager role
