Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager role, you will:

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
  • Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Assist with change orders and progress reporting
  • Attend project meetings and support communication efforts
  • Help maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 1-3+ years of construction or project support experience
  • Education or hands‑on exposure to Building and Construction
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
