Job Description

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the project manager in managing budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project flow and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during construction processes.
  • Help maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Experience in construction, with a focus on project management.
  • Candidates with field experience will be given priority
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Procore experienced required
  • OSHA 10 Preferred
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
