Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in managing project documentation, RFIs, and submittals
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain detailed records
  • Assist with procurement and contract administration

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
  • 1-4+ years of experience in construction/project management
  • Experience on ground-up or multifamily projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
