Job Description

  • Support Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field activities.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist with schedule management.
  • Help track budgets, costs, and change orders.
  • Conduct site walks and quality inspections.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between field and office teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-5+ years of construction, project coordination, or assistant project management experience.
  • Residential construction or homebuilding experience preferred.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
