The company is known for delivering highly detailed projects where craftsmanship, coordination, scheduling, and attention to design are critical.Job DescriptionAs Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of luxury interior construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, consultants, and clientsReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersAssist with project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material trackingMaintain project documentation and ensure timely distribution of informationParticipate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutesTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and outstanding project itemsWork closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field activitiesAssist with identifying and resolving design, procurement, and construction issuesSupport project closeout and turnover activitiesUtilize construction management software such as Procore when applicableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
