The company has built a strong reputation within the NYC luxury residential market and works closely with leading architects, designers, and trade partners.Job DescriptionAs Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of high-end residential projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and consultantsReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersTrack project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveriesAssist with project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reportingParticipate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholdersConduct site visits and work closely with the Superintendent to ensure project progressHelp identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budgetUtilize Procore and other construction management software to maintain project documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
