Their clients are discerning high-net-worth homeowners who expect exceptional craftsmanship, white-glove service, and flawless project execution.Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of luxury residential construction projectsAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and reportingProcess and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase ordersCoordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractorsMonitor project documentation and maintain organized project recordsTrack material procurement and delivery schedulesParticipate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutesAssist with subcontractor bid solicitation and contract administrationSupport project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentationConduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standardsHelp ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
