Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

  • Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with custom homes and luxury new construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • General knowledge of building and construction codes in the Greenwich area
