Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the following

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of high-end residential projects
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Assist with project documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Track project progress, costs, materials, and deliveries
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support the Project Manager through all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of construction experience, preferably with a General Contractor
  • Experience with high-end residential, commercial interiors, or other complex interior construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and project documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
