The company is known for its collaborative culture, transparent leadership approach, and commitment to employee growth and community involvement.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers and Operations leadership throughout all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeoutAssist in coordinating project teams to maintain schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project objectivesReview drawings, specifications, and construction documents to support successful project executionManage project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, daily reports, submittals, and project recordsAssist with procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and resource planningMonitor project scope and support change management processes to ensure proper documentation and approvalsCoordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners to facilitate project progressParticipate in project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholdersSupport budgeting, invoicing, estimating activities, and procurement documentationConduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, support safety initiatives, and verify quality standardsTrack project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership teamsHelp ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
