Assistant Project Manager/Jr. Superintendent

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Identify and address any project challenges or issues promptly.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
