Assistant Superintendent- Lab/Life science- North Shore

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects progress as scheduled and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project quality and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays in project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.
