With consistent growth over the past 15+ years and a strong backlog of secured work, they offer long-term stability and career development opportunities.Job DescriptionAssist in managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare and commercial construction projects.Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and job site safety.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field-related issues.Participate in site meetings and communicate project updates to leadership and project teams.Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Assist with site logistics, inspections, punch list activities, and project closeout efforts.Maintain project documentation and utilize construction management software, including Procore.Support projects across Connecticut while working closely with project management and field leadership teams.Report directly to field leadership and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery..MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
