Assistant Superintendent- Large Multifamily- New London,CT

• Assist in managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare and commercial construction projects.
• Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and job site safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field-related issues.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate project updates to leadership and project teams.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with site logistics, inspections, punch list activities, and project closeout efforts.
• Maintain project documentation and utilize construction management software, including Procore.
• Support projects across Connecticut while working closely with project management and field leadership teams.
• Report directly to field leadership and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery..
