Job Description

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will help drive project execution, safety, scheduling, and field coordination.

  • Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Monitor project schedules and milestone completion
  • Support site safety initiatives and quality control processes
  • Coordinate project documentation using Procore
  • Review project drawings and specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and progress reporting
  • Assist with punch-list and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • 2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor preferred
  • Experience supporting retail, office, restaurant, healthcare, or adaptive reuse projects
  • Procore experience required
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus
  • Construction Management degree preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
