Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing financial performance for management‑intensive real estate assets, including annual business plans, valuations, and ongoing financial reviewPartnering with third‑party operators and property managers to execute value‑creation strategies across lease‑up, capital expenditure, repositioning, and stabilization phasesMaintaining and updating asset‑level financial models, including historical and forward‑looking cash flows and scenario analysisConducting market research and competitive analysis to support pricing, strategy, and investment decision‑makingSupporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators across multiple real estate verticalsCollaborating with investment teams on capital events, refinancings, dispositions, and portfolio‑level initiativesPreparing institutional‑quality reporting for internal stakeholders and external investors on a monthly and quarterly basisMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
